The Banquet Room rental fee includes an event of up to 6 hours and prior access to the room for decorating, deliveries, etc. We can Host Events and accommodate as small as 25 guest and as Large as 1500 guests.
All Tables, chairs and white linens are included. Colored linens and chair covers can be rented for an additional charge. Complimentary room setup provided by Sunrise staff; and as always we go that extra mile to serve you by providing an attendant on duty at each function for your convenience and to accommodate your needs.
There are many ways that we can style your event. Round tables of ten are popular for weddings, whereas classroom style works well for meetings. We let you decide whatever works best for your need.

Decorations You are welcome to decorate and we will try to accommodate any special requests that you may have. We ask that you do not use any materials that would cause damage to surfaces, such as tacks, staples, nails, etc. We can also provide a list of reputable and affordable florists, decorators and event planners or We can do it all for you.
Security Armed security guards are required at events as determined by Sunrise Management. Sunrise will retain licensed and bonded security professionals as needed at the renters expense.
Free Wi-Fi Sunrise offers free wireless internet access. Parking There is tons of free parking available. Audiovisual Services Sound equipment can be rented up to 6 hours.
