We can host events and accommodate groups as small as 25 guests and as large as 2,000 guests. We specialize in providing a flexible venue which can easily be transformed to meet your needs – whether your event is a conference, a trade-show, a wedding, a training seminar, a Quinceanera, a concert, or even a boxing tournament!
FLOOR PLANS & RENDERINGS
There are many ways that we can style your event. Round tables of ten are popular for weddings, whereas classroom style works well for meetings. We let you decide whatever works best for your need.
DIMENSIONS & CAPACITIES
Inclusions: Our venue rental typically includes a 6 hour event rental, plus additional time before & after your event for decorating, deliveries, etc. Tables and chairs are also included. Complimentary room setup is provided by Sunrise staff; a Sunrise attendant is on duty at each function for your convenience and to accommodate your needs.
Meetings: You are welcome to bring in your own meeting accessories such as flip charts, pads/pens, etc. or we can provide – either way we will try to accommodate any special requests that you may have. We ask that you do not use any materials that would cause damage to surfaces, such as tape, tacks, staples, nails, etc.
Free Wi-Fi: Sunrise offers free wireless internet access throughout our facility.
Parking: There is ample parking available – and all of our parking is complimentary for you & your guests!
Audio/Visual Services: We have modern AV equipment with built in projectors/screens, surround sound, wireless microphones, lapel/over-ear microphones, RCA, VGA, HDMI, & XLR inputs.
Accessibility: Sunrise is wheelchair accessible. Our staff will work hard to address any additional special needs.
Security: Armed security guards are required at events as determined by Sunrise Management. Sunrise will retain licensed and bonded security professionals as needed.
